Vida Hall is a 70-bed care home situated in Starbeck; a quiet town on the outskirts of Harrogate. The home is divided into four smaller 'houses', each offering its own unique level of care and support. Vida Hall offers residential and nursing care to older people living with dementia - aged 65 or above. A range of communal living spaces and gardens have been designed to enhance wellbeing and allow our residents to be as private or sociable as they wish.
Orchard View and Woodlands offer residential care to people who may be at the start of their journey with dementia, requiring support to live as independently as possible.
The Glades offers nursing care for people who may be further along on their journey with dementia and may also have accompanying physical health challenges.
Meadow View offers nursing care for people who may experience feelings of fear or distress or periods of heightened behaviour as a result of their dementia.

How to Find Us
Vida Hall is situated in Starbeck - ten minutes drive from Harrogate and Knaresborough. We have an onsite car park and there is plenty of free parking available on Station View.
If you are travelling by train, Starbeck Train Station is five minutes' walk away, with direct connections to Harrogate, Knaresborough, Leeds and York. Services run approximately every thirty minutes.
Local bus services to Knaresborough and Harrogate also stop outside the train station, running every ten minutes though the day.
Starbeck has a range of local shops and cafes, all within walking distance of the home. There is a library, a local football club and various parks and nature spots. The local gardening society keep 'Starbeck in Bloom' throughout the year.
