Meet the Team
Chris Rycroft is a successful businessman and entrepreneur. In 2010, along with son James, he created Vida Healthcare with a view to developing a pioneering care home for people living with dementia, after recognising that the care sector wasn’t meeting the increasing demand for specialist dementia facilities.
James is responsible for overseeing the design and development of Vida Healthcare's homes. He feels privileged to be able to influence the delivery of dementia care in the UK. Working closely with Bernadette and the healthcare team, James facilitates the delivery of outstanding care for all residents as well as planning future projects and developments for Vida Healthcare.
Bernadette is an experienced healthcare professional who started her career as a community psychiatric nurse in Glasgow. She boasts more than 25 years' experience in both public and private sector roles.
